The upcoming Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will feature the company’s AI Magic Canvas, allowing users to create images from text prompts using AI.
Motorola has officially confirmed via X that the Edge 50 Ultra will be launching in India soon. This top-end model will join the flagship series, which already includes the Edge 50 Pro and the newly released Edge 50 Fusion. A Flipkart microsite has revealed key specs ahead of the launch, including advanced AI features.

Motorola India announced on X that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will launch in the country on June 18. A Flipkart microsite reveals that the phone will feature a 6.7-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen will also boast a peak brightness of 2500 nits and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.
According to Motorola, the Edge 50 Ultra will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will also have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is set to feature a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, it will boast a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera system is said to include AI features like AI adaptive stabilization and 100x AI super zoom.
The price of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in India
Motorola has not officially announced the price of the Edge 50 Ultra in India. However, its global version is priced at EUR 999 (approximately ₹ 89,000). The phone will be available in three colour options: Pantone-validated Peach Fuzz, Forest Grey with a silicone vegan leather back panel, and a wood finish.
