Manu Bhaker Script History and Sarobjit Singh clinched bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team shooting event against South Korea in Paris Olympics.
Manu Bhaker became the first Indian athlete to clinch two medals in a single Olympics edition. No one from independent India has achieved this feat before her. Wrestler Sushil Kumar and Badminton Champion P.V. Sindhu have two Olympics medal against their name but they came in two different editions.
Indian shooters are also in action in men’s trap and women’s trap qualification.
